Current audited V3 market

Dallas property intelligence, verified to the owner.

A published benchmark showing how DeedStake turns official property events into current residential property and ownership intelligence. Dallas proves the method; DeedStake accepts market scopes across the United States.

Every release is stamped with the date of the material behind it.

Release results

The count is large. The claim is deliberately narrow.

Each released row proves an official event, a unique Dallas residential property and a current owner/mailing record. It does not prove a verified phone number, consent or motivation.

30,364official Dallas source events processed
981 / 981deterministic source rechecks passed
0invariant failures recorded
12,000ranked V3 records in the exact release

Verification method

Three gates before a record is released.

Unknown and ambiguous records fail closed. They do not get repaired with a confident guess.

A receipt, not a score

What travels with the release.

The audit trail is designed so a research decision can be traced back to its sources and reproduced from the same inputs.

Honest limits

What this release cannot tell you.

Source currency is a standard, not an assumption.

Official records publish on their own schedule. Every release states the date of the material behind it, and a release that falls outside our currency standard is not presented as current.

A public event is not distress.

An official property event is a research signal. It does not prove hardship, motivation, willingness to sell or consent to contact.

V3 is not a verified phone.

The 12,000-row release proves property and ownership. Contact identity, line status and suppression checks belong to V4.

Records can change.

Public agencies correct records and ownership rolls evolve. Every delivery needs its own retrieval date, ruleset and manifest.

Verification travels with the file. Every delivered record carries its official identifiers, retrieval date and record hash, so a customer can audit any row against the underlying official record.
